The tour is for a maximum of 8 people.
 
The tour is available from April to September. Each date chosen is subject to reconfirmation by the shipping company, to ensure a pleasant and safe experience.
 
By booking, the customer accepts that MI EXPERIENCE and/or the shipping company reserve the right to cancel the tour at their sole discretion, if the actual or forecasted weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, do not allow a pleasant and safe experience. In the event of cancellation, the customer agrees to indemnify MI EXPERIENCE, its owners, employees, affiliates from any damage or claim for compensation. The customer will be entitled exclusively to a refund of the amount paid for the tour, if already paid, or, at the customer's choice, to a free change of tour date.

How can I pay? Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card
 
What happens when you click on the "Book Now" button? By clicking, you fill out a registration form. The data collected is used to prepare the electronic invoice, as per the regulations. Once completed you will receive instructions to make the payment.
 
Is there a time limit for payment? Yes, once the booking has been confirmed and the email with the payment instructions has been received, the payment must be made within and no later than 24 hours. After this time, your order will be cancelled. 
 
Can I change the chosen MI-GIFT? Yes, each MI-GIFT can be changed with an equivalent price, up to 1 day before the date of the chosen tour if already booked, otherwise without time limits. If the amount of the voucher is insufficient, you can still book our service with the integration of the missing amount. On the contrary, if the amount of the voucher is in excess, you can use the voucher on all our services until it runs out.
 
Is there a time limit to use the MI-GIFT? Absolutely not, MI-GIFTs have no expiration date.
