 No, there is no penalty if you cannot attend. However, please notify us in advance to allow guests on the waiting list to attend.

 As there is no advance payment, a refund is not necessary. As mentioned, payment is made directly at the time of the tour. You will receive immediate notification if the trip is postponed.
