The Private Italian Cooking Class is a new offering from MI EXPERIENCE, designed to discover the secrets of Italian cuisine.
 
In the culinary experience we propose, you'll have the opportunity to unearth the deepest secrets of Italian cuisine, guided by our passionate chefs, Niccolò and Francesca.
 
This pair of thirty-somethings, who've called Milan home for over a decade, have deep roots in culinary arts, thanks to their families originally from Tuscany and Romagna. It's this passion that led them to launch their home cooking experience, a novel form of hospitality in Italy!
 
Living in the vibrant district of Cenisio in Milan, Niccolò and Francesca have developed a deep passion for food and wine, learning foreign languages, and sharing their culture with friends and city visitors.
 
Niccolò inherited his love for traditional Tuscan cuisine from his exceptional cook of a grandmother and his professional chef father. He's also a certified sommelier. On the other hand, Francesca learned the art of Romagna cuisine from her grandmothers, adept at preparing classic dishes like piadina, tagliatelle, and lasagna.
 
Imagine walking into a typical Milanese home, where the air is filled with the unmistakable aromas of Italian cuisine...
 
In this cooking class, you'll discover the richness of Tuscan dishes through preparing typical starters, famous Italian fresh pasta (Sienese pici), and traditional desserts, all made strictly by hand.
 
While learning Italian cooking techniques, you'll be immersed in a multilingual environment, as Niccolò and Francesca speak fluent English and French, and Francesca also speaks perfect Spanish.
 
Here's a sample menu you might prepare, with a vegetarian option included: 
Starters: Fagioli all'uccelletto, Crostini ai fegatini toscani, Chickpea Farinata, Pappa al pomodoro. 
Main: Pici with farmhouse or game ragu. 
Dessert: Tuscan chestnut cake or handmade Tuscan Cantucci.

What happens when I click on the "Book Now" button? 
By clicking, you fill out a registration form. The data collected is used to prepare the electronic invoice, as per regulations. Once completed, you will receive payment instructions.
 
Is there a time limit for payment? Yes, once the booking is confirmed and you have received the payment instructions email, payment must be made within 24 hours. Beyond this period, your order will be canceled. Credit card payments are immediate. 
 
Is there a time limit for using the MI-GIFT? 
Absolutely not, MI-GIFTS have no expiry date. If you want to gift this experience, we will arrange with your loved ones later on the date they wish to live the experience.
