 This itinerary will take you to the discovery of the surprising Porta Nuova district, a symbiosis between past and present, contemporary architecture and historic buildings with typical internal courtyards and “railing houses”.

 We will start from the  Feltrinelli Foundation , designed by Herzog & De Meuron, a sustainable building consisting of two pyramids that houses an archive of over 200,000 volumes and 170,000 magazines, a space dedicated to both culture and social life.

 We will continue to  Corso Como , famous for its nightlife, with its nineteenth century buildings, the famous "railing houses", its internal courtyards, restaurants and elegant and trendy shops.  A meeting place of the “Milano Bene”. We will then discover the Muñoz + Albin Residences, a perfect fusion of history, tradition and modernity.

 We will then go into  piazza Gae Aulenti . Surrounded by the tallest buildings in Italy, the square leaves visitors speechless.  The Unicredit Tower , designed by the famous Argentine architect Cesar Pelli, is the skyscraper highest in Italy.
