SERVICE INFORMATION

MI EXPERIENCE offers the option to arrange tickets for touristic attractions on behalf of your guests. Ticket prices and any other external fees are not included in the Booking Service Fee and will be added separately to the final invoice. Booking Service fee is due only in case of booking confirmation from the customer. Once the booking is confirmed, the Booking Service Fee is non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent changes, cancellations, or rescheduling. Please note: Fees associated with any external service providers, including tickets, are non-refundable and must be paid in full, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling.
