SERVICE INFORMATION

If you require MI EXPERIENCE to provide entrance tickets to attractions, please select our Booking service options in the next page (a Handling Fee of 50€ is added). Ticket prices are not included in the Booking Service Fee and will be billed separately on the final invoice. Prices are calculated for a maximum of 30 participants. For larger groups, an additional fee of €2.50 per person will be automatically added to the final invoice. For groups larger than 10 people, a Tour Guide Audio System is mandatory to ensure a clear and enjoyable experience for all participants. MI EXPERIENCE can provide this service for an additional fee of €2.50 per person, which will be automatically included in the final invoice. A €65 surcharge will apply to public holidays: 1st January - Easter and Easter Monday - 1st May - 15th August - 1st November - 8th, 25th, 26th, 31st December. Same surcharge fee will be applied for night tours (starting from 19:30 onwards). This amount will be automatically added to the final invoice. Rescheduling and cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled service. After this timeframe, the customer will be charged the full service fee as a cancellation penalty. This fee will remain payable in full even if not yet paid at the time of cancellation. Please note: Fees associated with any external service providers, including tickets, are non-refundable and must be paid in full regardless of cancellation or rescheduling. MI EXPERIENCE reserves the right to review the order and, if necessary, inform the customer of any modifications or additional fees required to fulfill the booked service. Any such changes will be communicated promptly, and the customer will have the option to accept the adjustments or cancel the booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.
