SERVICE INFORMATION

Our Transfer with Tour Leader service ensures smooth transportation and provides professional assistance throughout the journey. What we provide: • Professional Coordination: A skilled tour leader ensures smooth logistics, from pick-up to drop-off. • Personalized Assistance: Support with check-ins, tickets, and communication with local providers. • Enriching Experience: General information and insights during the journey to enhance your guests’ comfort and understanding of their destination. Note: This service does not include detailed guided tours or NCC (chauffeured vehicle) arrangements, which must be organized separately by the customer. The service includes up to 3 hours, with an additional fee of €50 per hour for any extra time, which will be automatically added in the final invoice. Rescheduling and cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled service. After this timeframe, the customer will be charged the full service fee as a cancellation penalty.
